We understand that young children can be picky eaters, and getting them to eat healthy meals is a challenge at best.
Our menus are created with children’s health, development and taste buds in mind. We plan menu items based on ingredients that are in season, and locally available, so that they are fresh and still packed with nutrients.
Our seasonally rotating menu is a collaborative piece by our red seal chefs that is made to include healthy versions of the classic recipes that children love. We also aim to include many cultural dishes, as we recognize how important it is to introduce diversity into children’s palates as early as possible.
Additionally, we offer vegetarian alternatives to all of our menu items, and gluten-free options are often available.
Our menu is completely NUT-FREE, and we use mainly organic and GMO-free ingredients whenever possible.
